Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 18)
We are currently under the sign of the Water Carrier – Aquarius. This is a role that had great importance in the ancient world, as all life flowed from the water. The person who carried and provided it was therefore very important.
This sign is governed by the planet Uranus. The constellation of Aquarius is not one that is overly visible, rather it sits back in the night sky, and some studying of the sky is required before the shape reveals itself. It is said that the nature of someone born under the sign of Aquarius needs to be discovered – it is not a completely open personality.
Aquarius is an Air sign. It is often said that those who are born under this sign are ‘givers’. The way in which they give is often subject to the person themselves, but they have a lot to offer the world, and they are happy to prove themselves.
The wonderful thing about the Zodiac is how it gives us indications of the nature of a person born under a certain sign, but doesn’t define exactly who they are. The endless variation of nature means that this will never be 100% certain. Yet it can give clues and hints that often unfold into beautiful truths.
Collective: We call people born under this sign Aquarians.
Positive Aspect: People born under the sign of Aquarius are known to be some of the friendliest of people. They have an ability to smoothly and easily integrate themselves with those whom they feel a connection with. While this manifests itself differently in different people, it’s nonetheless a skill that exists in Aquarians to a considerable degree.
Negative Aspect: This social aspect has its downsides. Without periods of reflection, Aquarians can find it hard to maintain their mental balance. They need to take the time to recharge but emerge even stronger once this time has been taken. They can often have an intense social side, but it needs nurturing.
Aquarians have a gift for people – with a generous streak in their character that is one of the strongest in the Zodiac.
